SOSTAC® Marketing Planning Model
I was responsible for developing the entire SOSTAC® Plan, working closely with various members of the marketing team. The SOSTAC® Plan is a widely recognized marketing planning framework that stands for Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, and Control.
It provides a structured approach to developing effective marketing plans by systematically analyzing the current situation, defining clear objectives, outlining a strategic approach, specifying the tactical details, establishing actionable steps, and setting up control mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation. In this project, I meticulously crafted each component of the SOSTAC® Plan, ensuring a cohesive and actionable digital marketing roadmap for Beauty Kitchen.
This project significantly enhanced my expertise in strategic marketing planning, particularly in applying the SOSTAC® framework to real-world business challenges. I developed skills in market research, competitive analysis, objective setting, strategic formulation, and the implementation of digital marketing tactics across various channels.
My ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical, measurable outcomes was greatly refined. This project served as the culminating final project for an executive program at Imperial College London.
